Moringa stem (Drumstick / Moringa Pods)

Moringa pods – also known as drumsticks – come from the moringa tree and are an integral part of Indian, Sri Lankan, and South Asian cuisine. The long, green, woody pods have a mild, slightly nutty aroma. When cooked, the inner pulp becomes soft, tender, and aromatic, while the outer husk is typically not eaten.

They are ideal for sambar, curries, dal, soups, stews, or for making nutrient-rich broths. Drumsticks are traditionally considered very nutritious.
