Shan Ginger Paste is a high-quality ginger paste made from fresh ginger , ideal for quickly preparing authentic Indian, Asian, and Middle Eastern dishes. It adds a fresh, slightly spicy ginger note to curries, soups, sauces, marinades, as well as meat, fish, and vegetable dishes – all without peeling or chopping.
