Use & Preparation

For optimal flavor development, we recommend brewing the tea with water at approximately 80°C. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. In Persian tradition, it is often enjoyed on its own, but it can be wonderfully combined with a cardamom pod or a piece of rock candy (nabat).
