TRS Tukmaria, also known as basil seeds or sabja seeds , are small black seeds that swell when soaked in liquid, developing a gel-like consistency. They are traditionally used in drinks, desserts, and sweets, and are especially popular in refreshing summer drinks, falooda, smoothies, and puddings.
