Use & Preparation
Ideal for preparing classic meat pilau. Cook meat (beef, lamb, or poultry) with the spice mix to create a rich broth (yakhni) in which the basmati rice is then cooked. For optimal results, we recommend adding fresh ginger and garlic, and garnishing with fried onions.
